Congratulations on your forthcoming marriage. We are delighted that you are considering Bickley Mill as the venue for your special day. If you are searching for a unique, intimate wedding venue Bickley Mill can provide what you are looking for. Set in the quiet valley of Stoneycombe away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.This beautiful former flour mill has a tranquil and contemporary atmosphere.
We are a family owned business with an experienced and friendly team, who will attend to every detail, advising you on arrangements and will tailor services to you personal requirements, to ensure that your day is a perfect one.
Choice of Dining Rooms
Up to 65 guests may be seated on round tables in our Millers Room. The Millers room is entirely private but does open out on to our decking area which is ideal for larger numbers.
The Millers room is fully licenced for entertainment and can cater for 80 to 100 guests in the evening. From June 2009 the Millers room will be able to sit up to 90 guests on round tables and be able to cater up to 130 guests for the evening function
For smaller number we have the Panel room which has a wonderfully intimate atmosphere and is ideal for seating up to 24 guests.
Wedding Breakfast & Wines
Our reputation for excellent food has been based on our Head Chefs’ desire to source local ingredients. We are delighted to be included in The Michelin guide and Alistair Sawday’s special places to stay.
We pride ourselves in providing the highest standard of service and for us to be able to offer this standard we ask that you choose one set menu for all your guests, the same starter, main course and dessert. Whilst we request you choose the same menu for the whole party, we are always able to create an additional menu for those with special dietary needs.

Should you require any help or advice with any of your arrangements we will be happy to advise you on any services based on your personal requirements.
Music and Entertainment
We are licensed for music and entertainment and can arrange for our resident DJ for your event, or you may provide your own DJ or Band . Please note that we would require to see a copy of your entertainers public liability insurance.
Decking Area
Our decking area can be reserved for you and your guests, a perfect place to enjoy that drink with your guests in the relaxing surroundings of the peaceful and serene gardens.
