Think plush beds, gentle colours and country chic, with features including classic furniture, Devon art and hand-picked wallpapers. While all of our rooms share a high standard of style and comfort, each is uniquely different.
Double Rooms
We have 10 Double Rooms, each with a unique layout. All of the rooms offer plush, comfortable beds, stylish interiors and the modern facilities you would expect.
Deluxe King Room: Riviera
A sumptuous room with six-foot super kingsize bed, situated on the first floor. Ensuite bathroom with deluxe walk-in power shower. Also features a balcony with seating.
Twin Room: Kingsbridge
Ground floor twin bedded room with ensuite shower. Side aspect. Can also be used as a double for stays of two nights or more.
Family Room: Owl Loft
A large interconnecting room, ideally used as a ‘Family Room’. One part has a 6ft super kingsize bed, and the other has 3ft twin beds. Each has their own bathroom and television.
All our rooms come with WiFi, a hairdryer, Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Every room is non-smoking.
We also provide a complimentary toiletries collection, featuring shampoo, body wash, hand wash and body lotion with uplifting notes of tangerine, calabrian bergamot, violets and white cedarwood.

Bickley Mill Inn is more than just a bed for the night. Pack your walking boots or wellies and spend time exploring the surrounding countryside. We’re just a short drive from the English Riviera, Dartmouth and Totnes, although the old hedgerows and wild flowers might convince you otherwise. Lose yourself in the leafy surroundings and you could be a million miles away; don’t be surprised if you spot a kingfisher or wild deer.
Due to the historic nature of our building, please note that most of our rooms are not accessible for wheelchairs. We do not have a lift or any rooms at ground floor level – please call us on 01803 873201 to discuss your individual requirements.
